What makes your service different?

We offer premium, same-day delivery with a focus on exceptional quality and
customer care. From hand-prepared items to beautifully packaged deliveries,

We’re proudly based in Dubai, delivering across the city and surrounding areas

Do you have a physical store?

We are an online-first brand. This allows us to offer fresher products, faster
service, and a seamless shopping experience directly to your door


DELIVERY

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes — same-day delivery is available across Dubai if your order is placed before
[cut-off time, e.g. 5PM]

What are your delivery hours?

We deliver 7 days a week, between 10AM and 10PM. For special requests or
timing preferences, you can leave a note at checkout


How much is delivery?

We offer free same-day delivery within most Dubai areas. Some outer zones
may incur a small surcharge, which will be shown at checkout.


Can I choose the delivery time?

While we do our best to accommodate requests, we work within time windows for
efficiency. For time-sensitive orders, reach out via WhatsApp or email before placing
your order.


PRODUCTS

Are the photos on your website accurate?

Absolutely. All our products are photographed in-house. Due to seasonal
availability, slight substitutions may occur — but we always maintain the same look,
quality, and value


Can I customise my order?

Yes! We love custom requests. Whether it’s a specific colour palette, card message,
or presentation, let us know in the “Notes” section at checkout or message us on
WhatsApp.


Do you include a note with gifts?

Of course. Every order comes with a complimentary handwritten card. You can
enter your message during checkout


ORDERING & PAYMENT

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and secure online
payments. For corporate or bulk orders, bank transfers are also available.


Can I place an order by phone or WhatsApp?

Definitely. If you prefer a more personal experience, just message us on WhatsApp
and we’ll be happy to assist you with your order


Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes, we do! From client gifts to event deliveries, we offer tailored solutions for
companies. Contact us directly for a custom quote


CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t been prepared, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.
Contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is already being prepared changes
may not be possible


What if the recipient isn’t home?

We always attempt to contact the recipient. If unreachable, we may leave the item
in a secure location or reschedule delivery, depending on the situation.
