Delivery Policy – Bambi

At Bambi Blooms, we take pride in ensuring your flowers arrive fresh, beautiful, and on time. This Delivery Policy explains how and when we deliver your orders and how we handle failed deliveries and compensation.


1. Service Area

We currently offer delivery exclusively within Dubai.


2. Same-Day Delivery

  • Complimentary same-day delivery is available for all orders placed before 5:00 PM.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered on the next available day.

  • Delivery hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM, seven days a week.


3. Scheduled Delivery

You may choose a future delivery date via our delivery-date selector on product pages.


4. If Recipient is Unavailable

If no one is present:

  • We will attempt to contact via the phone number provided.

  • If unreachable, we may:

    • Leave in a secure location (reception, neighbor, concierge)

    • Reschedule delivery based on circumstances

  • Our priority is safe delivery in perfect condition.


5. Delivery Method & Fees

  • Orders are delivered by our in-house team or trusted third-party couriers, depending on the location.

  • There is no delivery fee for orders within Dubai (Free delivery is automatically included).


6. Late / Missed Delivery — Compensation

If an order fails to arrive due to an error on our part (e.g. delivery delay not caused by traffic or security restrictions), you may request a replacement or store credit.
Please contact us within 2 hours of the expected delivery time with your order number and proof (photo/video).


7. Returns & Defective Products

Bambi products are perishable, and general returns are not accepted.
If your bouquet arrives in a defective or damaged state, you may request a replacement or refund within 2 hours of delivery.
