1. Service Area
We currently offer delivery exclusively within Dubai.
2. Same-Day Delivery

Complimentary same-day delivery is available for all orders placed before our cut-off time of 5:00 PM.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered on the next available day.

Delivery hours are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week.
3. Scheduled Delivery
Customers may choose a future delivery date by using the delivery date selection tool available on each product page.
4. If the Recipient is Unavailable
If the recipient is not available at the delivery location, our team will:

Attempt to contact them via the phone number provided.

If still unreachable, we may:

Leave the order in a secure location (e.g., with a receptionist, concierge, or trusted neighbor)

Reschedule delivery based on the situation
