Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Bambi.ae website and the purchase of products from Bambi.ae. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies referenced herein.
1. Orders and Payment
All orders placed on Bambi.ae must be paid in full at the time of checkout. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where payment is not authorised, where incorrect information has been provided, or where fulfilment is not possible.
2. Product Nature and Substitutions
All floral arrangements sold on Bambi.ae are prepared to order using fresh flowers. Due to seasonal availability and supply conditions, substitutions may be necessary.
Where substitutions are required, we will aim to replace items with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and colour theme of the arrangement.
Images on the website are for illustrative purposes. Variations in flower size, shade, and arrangement may occur due to the natural characteristics of fresh flowers.
3. Perishable Goods and Non-Returnable Items
Fresh flowers are perishable, time-sensitive products prepared specifically for each order.
For this reason, all floral products are non-returnable once delivered.
Returns are not accepted for fresh flower products except where the product is proven to be damaged, defective, or materially non-conforming at the time of delivery.
4. Reporting of Issues
Any issues relating to product condition, damage, quality, or non-conformity must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
Claims must be supported by clear photographic or video evidence showing the condition of the product at the time of delivery.
Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review due to the perishable nature of the products.
5. Remedies and Resolutions
Where a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or non-conforming, Bambi.ae will, at its discretion, offer one of the following remedies:
• Repair or correction of the arrangement
• Replacement of affected flowers
• Redelivery of a corrected arrangement
• Store credit
• Refund, where repair or replacement is not possible
The appropriate remedy will be determined based on the nature of the issue, the condition of the product, and the feasibility of correction.
Refunds are not automatic and are considered only where a corrective solution cannot reasonably be provided.
6. Delivery and Third-Party Couriers
Bambi.ae may use third-party delivery partners to fulfil orders.
While delivery may be performed by a third-party courier, responsibility for fulfilment remains with Bambi.ae, and we will take reasonable steps to resolve delivery-related issues in accordance with these Terms.
Damage occurring during delivery does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund where a repair or replacement solution is available and offered.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Occasion-Based Purchases
Floral arrangements are decorative products, and personal satisfaction may vary.
While we aim to meet delivery times and quality expectations, Bambi.ae cannot guarantee emotional outcomes or the success of personal occasions.
A replacement or corrective remedy remains the primary resolution where an issue arises.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Bambi.ae’s liability for any claim relating to an order shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
Bambi.ae shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, or loss of a personal occasion.
9. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled prior to preparation. Once an order has entered preparation or dispatch, cancellation is not possible due to the perishable nature of the products.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on Bambi.ae, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including all related policies.
