1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of goods by Bambi Blooms. By placing an order via our website or WhatsApp channel, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders and Payment

Orders must be placed through Bambi Blooms’ official channels.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

Accepted payments: debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods.
3. Delivery

Free same-day delivery in Dubai for orders placed before 5:00 PM.

Delivery hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily.

Orders after 5:00 PM are delivered the next day.

Scheduled delivery dates can be selected using the product page date picker.

Deliveries are completed by our in-house team or trusted third-party couriers.
4. Recipient Unavailability
If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to contact them. If unreachable, we may leave the order in a safe location or reschedule delivery.
5. Modifications and Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or cancelled if preparation has not started. Once processing or dispatch begins, changes cannot be made.
6. Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute products with items of equal or greater value and quality if certain flowers or materials are unavailable.
7. Returns and Refunds
No returns are accepted. Refunds may be issued in approved cases, to the original payment method, within 5–7 business days.
8. Privacy
Personal data is used solely to process and deliver orders. We do not sell or share information beyond what is required for delivery fulfilment.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
