Fresh Flowers – Non-Returnable Items

Our arrangements are made using fresh, perishable flowers. For this reason, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered. This is in line with industry standards for perishable goods.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Deliveries

We take great care to ensure every bouquet is hand-prepared to the highest standard. If your flowers arrive in poor condition or do not match your order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos.

  • If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement as soon as possible.

  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a replacement is not suitable.

Cancellations

  • Orders can not be cancelled

  • Once flowers have been prepared or dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect delivery address provided

  • Recipient unavailable to receive the flowers

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. building security restrictions, traffic conditions, extreme weather)
