Once your order is being prepared or has been dispatched, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
What happens if the recipient isn’t available at the time of delivery?
No worries — we’ve got it covered. Our delivery team will always attempt to contact the recipient upon arrival.
If no one is available:
