1. Placing an Order

• All orders must be placed through our official website or WhatsApp channel.

• Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

• We accept all major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and secure online payment options.

2. Same-Day Delivery

• We offer same-day delivery across Dubai for orders placed before our cut-off time (e.g., 5:00 PM).

• Delivery hours are between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, seven days a week.

• Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next available day.

3. If the Recipient is Unavailable

• Our delivery team will attempt to contact the recipient upon arrival.

• If unreachable, we may:

  • Leave the order in a secure location (e.g., with reception or a neighbor)

  • Reschedule delivery, depending on the situation

• We always strive to ensure safe and timely delivery of your gift.

4. Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Changes or cancellations can only be made if the order has not yet been prepared.

• Once your order is being processed or dispatched, modifications may not be possible.

• For the best chance, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

5. Product Substitutions

• All items shown on our website are photographed and designed in-house.

• Due to seasonal or supplier-related availability, we may make substitutions to certain items (e.g., flowers or accessories).

• Substitutions will always match or exceed the original in value and design.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

• However, if you experience any issue with your order, please contact us — we are committed to resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
